Valentine's Day leaves many a well-meaning suitor scratching his or her head and wondering, "what kind of champagne should I buy?" Let Del Posto's Wine Director Jeffrey Porter point you in the right direction, or at least the less travelled one.
Even the seasoned champagne drinker will benefit from the knowledge imparted during this exciting five course dinner, and the novice will leave with a foundation for enhanced bubbly enjoyment. Ten champagnes will be tasted and discussed, with a focus on artisan and small-house production.
